PAYMENTS - Terms and Conditions

1. INDIVIDUAL LESSONS:

An enrollment fee of 1000,- CZK is charged upon joining the school. This fee is non-refundable and is charged once per family (so a family with two children beginning at ISFMA will pay only 500,- CZK each. If the student wishes to interrupt the course for a month or more for reasons other than a serious illness, he or she will be charged the enrollment fee again upon re-joining the school.

Tuition fees are payable in advance at the beginning of each month from September to June, or in advance for a half-year term or the whole year with discount. The payment can be made either in cash or by transfer into the school´s account. If the fees are more than 30 days overdue, the student may be dismissed from the classes.

Half-year payments are calculated for 19 or 38 lessons with the exception of lessons held at international schools. These are subject to the international schools´ calendars and tuition is lower or higher accordingly. Calendars can be viewed here. Monthly payments are calculated on the basis of 4 or 8 lessons per month.

Any alternative arrangements must be discussed and approved by the school administration.

2. GROUP LESSONS / DANCE CLASSES / MUSIC ATELIERS:

No enrollment fee.

Study is separated into trimesters. Upon the commencement of lessons, students are required to pay and finish one complete term. The payment can be made either in cash at the first or second lesson or by bank transfer. If the fees are more than 30 days overdue, the student may be dismissed from the classes. Any alternative arrangements must be discussed and approved by the school administration.

Extra costs:

• Tutor books
• Accessories for your instrument (strings, reeds, music stands etc.)
• Materials (Fine Arts classes)
